How to request a reading
- After you've made the payment, you'll be directed to a page where you will receive necessary instructions for to contact me and the information I need from you for the reading. Please follow the instructions for swift communication.
- Your reading will be delivered within the next 2 business days.

Please be aware that I am unable to respond to inquiries related to legal matters, health concerns, pregnancy, fertility, or any questions that go against my ethical standards. I reserve the right to decline any question that I deem morally questionable, and I will issue a refund in such cases.
Terms & Conditions

2. Reader (Luna Serenova) DOES NOT hold any accountability for client’s life experiences and personal choices.
3. Clients CAN NOT press any legal charges against reader (Luna Serenova) in any under circumstances for any reasons at all.
4. For clients, please be patient with the result and communicate clearly with reader (Luna Serenova) If client is behaving unprofessional or disrespectful (such as saying foul words, accusing, harassing, intimidate) then reader (Luna Serenova) has the right to cut out communication entirely.
5. Once payment has sent by client, there is NO refund.
6. No form of physical product to be delivered. All written readings, photos, files, links will all be sent by email.
7. For clients, by scheduling and paying for reader’s (Luna Serenova) services, client is stating that client has read this disclaimer and terms of service, and that client has ACCEPTED and AGREED to it.
